Roland Junck, fifty years, a graduate of the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Zurich and holds an MBA from the Sacred Heart University, began his career in the Arbed in 1980. In 1993, he joined TrefilArbed Bissen as Director where he was named Director-Director in 1996. In 1998, he became administrator and CEO of Aceralia. In the merger of Aceralia, Arbed and Usinor, he was appointed, in 2002, CEO of Arcelor, with the responsibility of the Directorate-General of the long products sector carbon. Since January 2006, he was responsible for the following: long carbon steel Europe, steel long carbon South America, wire drawing and co-ordination China. Since 1999, he is a member of the General Directorate of the Arbed.

Aditya Mittal, 30 years, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the Wharton School of Pennsylvania, joined in 1997 LNM Holdings (Lakshmi Niwas Mittal). In 1999, he became head of the mergers and acquisitions and Vice President of LNM Holdings. Since October 2004, he was Director of the Mittal Steel Group financial.

Michel Wurth, fifty-two years, degree in law from the University of Grenoble, the IEP of Grenoble and holds a master of economics from the London School of Economics Graduate, joined the Arbed in 1979. Secretary General of the Arbed in 1992, he became, in 1996, Member of the Directorate-General and Chief Financial Officer of the Arbed group. In 1998, he was promoted Vice President of the General Directorate of the Arbed. In the merger of Aceralia, Arbed and Usinor, he was appointed, in 2002, CEO of Arcelor, with the responsibility of the Directorate General Finance and piloting by objectives. Since January 2006, he was Vice-President of the General Directorate of Arcelor and vice-CEO, with the following responsibilities: steel flat carbon Europe and auto, steel flat carbon Brazil, coordination Brazil, coordination plates, R & D, NSC Alliance.

Malay Mukherjee has more than thirty-one years of experience in the steel industry where he exercised many functions technical, commercial and management. Former Director of operations of Ispat International NV, he then became Director of operations of the Mittal Steel Company.

Gonzalo Urquijo, forty-four years, a graduate of Yale University in economics and political science, holder of an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, became in 1997 the Financial Director of the Aceralia group until the merger of Arcelor, where he was appointed Executive Vice President of the southern operational unit of the flat carbon sector. In November 2002, he took the responsibility, to Robert Hudry, functional directions of the sector Arcelor Steel Solutions and Services. In May 2004, he was appointed Deputy Director General, in charge of this sector. Since January 2006, he was General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Arcelor, with the following responsibilities: finance, purchasing, IT, legal, investor relations, Arcelor Steel Solutions & Services and other activities.

Davinder Chugh, holder of a master's degree in business administration, has over twenty-five years of experience in the steel industry. After having held various positions within the Steel Authority of India Limited in New Delhi, he entered the Mittal group in 1995. Appointed commercial Director of the South African subsidiary of Mittal Steel in May 2002, he then became the CEO, function still occupied recently.
